network troubleshooting, and other
basic ISP/Web Hosting support issues.
Other duties will include server installations
in Platinum's state-of-the-art data
center.
required skills:
Excellent
phone skills, ability to maintain
a good attitude under stressful situations.
Previous experience in working with
an ISP/Web Hosting company. Experience
with Linux installation, commands,
processes, daemons, Apache, Sendmail,
BIND8. LAN/WAN networking technologies,
and TCP/IP networks is a must. Basic
Windows NT/2000 experience. |
